Applicant Terms
Version 2026-10-28.1. Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. About These Terms
These terms apply when you use our careers pages to apply for a role at Fibrewise Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE ("we", "us"). You agree to them when you send an application, and we record which version you agreed to. How we handle your personal data is explained in the Job Applicants section of our privacy notice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under data protection or employment law.
2. Access Codes and Signing In
- Our roles are open to people who have an access code. We give codes out ourselves, through recruitment agencies and on job boards. Please don't publish a code you were given privately, and don't use one to apply on someone else's behalf.
- Apply only with an email address that is yours. Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in to your applications, so keep it secure, and sign out when you use a shared computer.
- We limit repeated attempts and may block access that looks automated or abusive.
3. Your Application
When you send an application, you confirm that:
- It is accurate. The information you give is true and complete, and you will tell us if something important changes before a decision. We may withdraw an application, or an offer, that was based on misleading information.
- It is your own work. Your answers and recordings are your own. Where a question asks for your own words or a recorded answer, don't have someone else, or an AI tool, write or perform it for you.
- You only record yourself. Nobody else should be identifiable in your video or audible in your recordings, and your answers and files should not contain other people's personal data.
- It contains nothing you aren't free to share. Don't include confidential information, code, documents or other material that belongs to a current or former employer or client, or that you otherwise don't have the right to share. Describe your work instead.
- It contains no sensitive information we haven't asked for, as explained in the privacy notice.
- Your files are safe. They are free of malware and you haven't tried to get around the site's limits, reach anyone else's data, or interfere with the site.
We may remove an application that doesn't meet these terms.
4. How We Use What You Send
We use your application only to consider you for the role you applied for and, if you join our talent pool, for other roles. You keep any rights you have in your answers, recordings and work samples; you give us permission to store, copy and review them for those purposes for as long as we keep your application. We treat the content of your application as confidential to the people involved in hiring.
5. Sending, Changes and Withdrawing
Your answers save as you go, and nothing reaches our hiring team until you press Send. Once sent, an application is locked; we may reopen it for changes, at your request or ours, and we will tell you when we do. You can withdraw an application, or delete everything you have sent us, at any time from your applications page.
6. No Offer Implied
Applying, being invited to an interview or moving through our process does not create an offer or a contract of employment. An offer is only made in writing by Fibrewise Ltd, and may depend on right-to-work and other checks that we will tell you about in advance.
7. Roles and Deadlines
We may change a role, pause it, close it before its deadline, or decide not to fill it. Deadlines are in UK time (Europe/London), and an application that hasn't been sent by the deadline can't be sent afterwards.
8. Fair Treatment and Adjustments
We assess applications on their merits and welcome applicants from every background. If you need an adjustment to apply or to take part in an interview, reply to any email we have sent you and tell us what would help.
9. Costs and Scams
Applying is free, and you cover your own costs (such as travel to an interview) unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will never ask you to pay to apply, for training or for equipment. If anyone asks you to, they are not recruiting for us; please let us know.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version you agreed to stays with your application, and a changed version gets a new version number on this page.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law where you live.
12. Contact Us
